The EMHA Initiation/Novice/Atom Banquet is scheduled for Sunday, April 10th, 2011. We have adopted a different format for the Banquet this year where each level will have its own Banquet. Snacks and drinks will be available including Timbits, cheese, fruits, vegetables, muffins, coffee, water and juice. The schedule for the Banquet is:
- Initiation: 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
- Novice: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Atom: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
We will also have prizes, draws, 50/50 and silent auctions.
We hope to see you in large numbers at the EMHA Banquet!

After starting on the road for 3 games in the Atom Nation Final, our Embrun Panthers (Embrun 1) are coming home Friday night (6:30pm). St-Isidore leads the series in points, 4-2. We invite you all to come and cheer them on, and help them win Friday so they can play the decisive game on Sunday.

The Embrun Minor Peewee Icedogs finished 1st in the Playoff B pool and are playing in the Final game against the Romans this Thursday March 24th at 6:30 PM at the Embrun arena. We would like to invite you to the game and cheer for our local team!

The Embrun Panthers Novice C-2 were crowned "NOVICE C Champions" at the Bell Sensplex tournament hosted by the Ottawa West-End Minor Hockey Association February 11 to 13, 2011. The were very proud of their trophies and banner.
5 wins in 5 games for the victors. Victories of 5-1, 9-0, 3-0, 2-1 and 3-2 (shootouts in the third overtime).
A special thank to the coaching staff, parents and friends who encouraged the team.
A very memorable weekend for all!!

Congratulations to the Embrun Panthers (Atom Nation 1), Champions of the 36th edition of the l'Assomption Provincial Atom Tournament (January 27-30, 2011). Many thanks to the parents and families who provided great support and ambience at all our games. Thanks to the players for providing us such a thrilling experience.

The EMHA is hosting 8 Bantam and 8 Midget teams from all over our region this weekend (12-14 Nov). Come out and see some great hockey and cheer on your Panthers. There will be games, draws, bake sales and the admission is FREE. We ask that you bring a non-perishable food item to help support our local food banks. To accommodate for a better bilingual website (without the Google Translation tool), we have to make some slight structure changes. This may have some impact on any pages you may have book-marked.
- All English content will now be placed in a /en/ sub-folder (http://www.emha-ahme.com/en/). Likewise the French content will be place in a /fr/ sub-folder (http://www.emha-ahme.com/fr/).
- Also the actual file extensions for each page will change from .shtml to .php. This will allow for better scripting and dynamic content.

Groups are divided equally in numbers based on alphabetical order (lastname) for conditioning only and all players at all levels will receive a call prior to the start of these camps. We have begun calling players and for those who have not yet received a call, you will be getting one soon.

Sessions begin Sept 7th
The first 2 weeks are now available online. There are 2 options for viewing the schedule:
- The Main Calendar on the Schedule page will contain all events, local games and practices;
- The Upcoming Events located at the lower half of the home page, displays the same information on a daily basis.
Clicking on the event may provide more details about that event. Also the calendar's monthly view can only display a limited number of events per block, don't forget to click on the + more for a complete list of events. The weekly view provides a more detailed layout. If you have any questions about the new calendar and how it works please email the webmaster@emha-ahme.com. |

There have been several request via our web survey for a newsletter / contact list service so that the EMHA Executive can inform the members of different events, notices and general association information.
